  1. The promoter of the competition is Brighouse BID Ltd, 17 Bradford Road, Brighouse HD6 1RW
  2. Dino Trail entries must be submitted by 11.59pm on Friday 5th September 2025.
  3. Winners will be announced shortly after and will be contacted by the email address given on the application form with prizes to be collected from the Brighouse BID Office on Bradford Road in Brighouse
  4. Employees or relatives of employees & directors of Brighouse BID are not allowed to enter the competition and any entries from those connected parties will be discounted
  5. The lucky winner will receive the prize collection details via email at the time they are notified they have been selected as the winner
  6. Proof of ID will be required upon collection of prize
  7. By entering winners agree to be included in any publicity photos and for those photos to be published on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram)
  8. By entering, winners agree to receive marketing from Brighouse BID
  9. The decision of Brighouse BID is final, no correspondence will be entered into
  10. Brighouse BID reserves the right to change the competition entry mechanism at any point
